IF YOUR DOG IS JOINING YOU, please provide advanced notice, a $25/night pet fee for the first 4 nights (max$100), that rabies vaccination records be provided at check in, and that your dog have access to a crate for times that you must leave him/her behind! Welcome to our Cabin! We finished building it in the beginning of 2022, so if you are looking for an updated space with all of the luxuries of home, you've come to the right place. Located in a cozy, quiet neighborhood, with only a few minutes ride to many popular attractions and restaurants. We are 10 minutes from downtown North Conway, and 5 minutes from Storyland. Built with families in mind, we have many items to make your stay with kids a breeze. We allow one house trained dog at a time.

Feel right at home in our open-concept year-round vacation gem within the Chocorua Ski and Beach community half a mile from the Moore’s pond. The cabin is nestled in the woods providing privacy. It boosts a double-sided fire-place and hot tub perfect for the cooler nights, a wraparound deck, as well as an enclosed porch. I do prefer to book the entire house and only use the 2 bedroom lockoff to fill openings. Kayak the Saco, adventure parks, skiing, story land, hiking, etc. READ ABOUT THE SPACE- there could be other guests on the other side of the home. PETS NEED PRIOR APPROVAL
