There are 3 lovely pubs nearby and a local shop, Truro & Falmouth, Penryn are 15-minute drive and the Foxcotte perfectly located to explore beaches on the north & south coasts. We are less than 5 minutes from our branch line station. Ideal for couples, single travellers, artists and those visiting family. Plenty of parking at the property. Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

The Folly - Cornwall

The Folly is set in the small garden of our cottage. Light, spacious and totally unique. Accommodation only. No kitchen but has a fridge, microwave, coffee machine etc & we will do the washing up. Good wi-fi, No TV but there's a screen & Firestick for streaming on your own accounts & DVD player with some DVDs. Double bed. Secluded outside area, barbeque & shared terrace. Off street parking. 15 minutes' walk to the station & close to Falmouth University. Good access to all areas of Cornwall.

The Chalet is a newly built, fully furnished 2 bedroom property set in our large sheltered garden in the quiet, rural village of Carnon Downs. We are located, with easy access to Falmouth and the city of Truro. There are public footpaths bordering the property just waiting to be explored, which makes it ideal for ramblers and families alike. We are a smallholding with chickens and geese as well as our friendly cocker spaniels. Carnon Downs offers a range of local facilities.

The Studio Flat is on three levels. A comfortable lounge with big TV, sofa, fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave. Shower, sink, heated towel rail and toilet on level two, double bedroom with garden views on third level. I can pull out a single mattress for an extra third person. Private, separate entrance, off road car parking. Situated between Truro and Falmouth. An extremely handy location. Please note that it’s not suitable for babies or very young children.
