Chy-an-Oula Studio - EV Charger - Private Parking

Luxury, Modern, Open plan studio for two adults and one infant. Parking, EV charger, double bed, sofa bed, Wi-Fi, televisions, mood lighting, kitchenette bar, patio. Painted in ultra low VOC, sustainable paint. Park 3 metres from the front door. Relax on the Emma Mattress bed or unwind on the sofa whilst watching 4K smart TV (both areas). Cool your drinks and ice cream in the fridge-freezer or mix a cocktail. For breakfast utilise the espresso machine, toaster, kettle and microwave.

The apartment is a short stroll to the train station where you can join the branch line either in to picturesque St.Ives (three minutes on the train) or to connect to the main train line. Check in: 3pm, Check out: 11am. Kerensa is a lovely private annexe, in the heart of Carbis Bay, minutes from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Kerensa is located on a peaceful, residential road and guests have sole use of the purpose built annexe, with private access, small garden patio and a designated driveway for parking one car. Owners, Karen and Brian, will happily provide suggestions for places to visit and dine, directions and help with any queries.

A self contained annex within our property(building).Accessed via a separate, private entrance. There is free on street parking outside. You have use of private part of terrace overlooking stunning sea and beach views. It is located with a few minutes walk via a beautiful wooded valley to the beach. You’ll be on the soft sands within 10 mins, breathing in that sea air. Perfect for access to coastal path which takes you to St Ives ( approximately 20-25 min walk).
