We are so excited to invite you to stay in our sweet little classic cottage, nestled in the heart of Elizabeth City's historic district. 1201 Church Street is surrounded by some of the original Elizabeth City homes dating all the way back to the late 1700s. We fell in love with the charm of the area combined with all of the up-and-coming attractions nearby. Our cottage is close to all of the new downtown breweries, wine bars, trendy restaurants, and waterfront district.

This very spacious Catamaran Cruiser feels more like a cottage than a houseboat. It is well-appointed with everything you’ll need for a stress-free getaway. Our apartment is located on the first floor of our home, which is one of the only Solar Powered homes in the Outer Banks! Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to the sound, we have a perfect location which is close to everything. Our space includes the use of our outdoor shower and beach parking passes. We have a great yard for lounging, sun bathing or playing with dogs. Come and check out our "Cave" by the waves!
