This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment (side by side duplex) has been thoughtfully appointed with comfortable furniture, quaint decor & all necessities for your visit. The first floor offers a spacious living room, connected to a large dining room and open kitchen (pots, pans, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, tea kettle, etc.). On the 2nd floor, our guests will find 2 bedrooms (1 queen and 1 king bed), a dedicated work space & a full bathroom.

This custom built Tiny House is situated on over 100 acres of rolling farmland, hills and forests, with Scottish Highland cattle, chickens, sheep & lambs, pigs, fish in the pond, and 2 beehives. You have use of the entire farm during your stay. Located about 45 minutes south-east of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania's beautiful Laurel Highlands, there is lots to see and do both on site and nearby. This retreat boasts easy ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes via the Villages Trail behind the condo building (weather permitting). What makes this condo special is the private entrance, large living space, a bedroom with king bed, a full kitchen, and a balcony. As a guest, you have access to the free shuttle service or visit the clubhouse with pool, hot-tub, basketball and tennis in the summer months.

Thelma’s Place is a completely renovated 2 story house, nestled in the beautiful Laurel Highlands, yet conveniently located right along Route 982. It’s just minutes from Arnold Palmer Airport and the city of Latrobe, as well as Westmoreland Fairgrounds. Pittsburgh is within an hour’s drive. Ohiopyle, Fallingwater, and Seven Springs (20 miles away), are other nearby attractions. We welcome long term stays, including guests looking to work remotely. It truly has a “home away from home” feel.

The Ridgeview Bungalow sits on three acres and is in the Laurel Highlands just above Jacobs Creek. The country setting is a perfect place for a quiet get away. Pittsburgh, Ohiopyle, and Falling Water are easy day trips. Seven Springs and Hidden Valley Ski Resorts are a seventeen mile drive. The bungalow is also a great place to simply hang out. A cozy living room in the winter or the front porch overlooking the surrounding mountain range create a relaxing atmosphere.

Note that the bathroom is small with not much space to put your items.

Come down a long driveway to find this hidden gem. You’ll feel at a retreat but yet close to everything. You can bring a well behaved furry friend (cat or dog, pet fee applies). You can work or relax!
