A large park is located behind the house that offers a perimeter sidewalk for walking/jogging and a basketball court. In addition to the 4 beds there are 2 large couches in the living room. All amenities are available to make your stay as close to home as possible!

Built in the 1950's & newly renovated, this clean and simple home truly is a "gateway destination" as the Texas Hill Country levels out near Brady and opens up into the plains of West Texas. The home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a comfortable living space & kitchen equipped with all needed cookware, linens, towels, wireless internet & Roku television. Covered parking, washer & dryer are available as well.

This newly renovated house has a great location in downtown Menard. It’s a full house rental and only minutes away from restaurants, a city park with a running trail, and the biggest grocery store in town. This home has vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans in every room, and central air/heat. All three beds have firm mattresses. There is wood vinyl flooring throughout the house and a large washer/dryer, 42 in TVs in both bedrooms, and the living room has 65 in tv screen.
