Our Serenity Sunset is located 2.7 miles from Cookeville Boatdock. We offer a spacious lot for boat parking, outdoor play, and fun with your family including a yard, gas grill, and patio area. Come to the area for Center Hill Lake, Fancher Falls, Burgess Falls State Park, Window Cliff State Natural Area, and Edgar Evins State Park and stay in our newly remodeled home, fully furnished, while watching the most gorgeous sunsets from a comfortable rocking chair on the front porch.

Cabin on the Hill/ King Suite

This King Suite has its own private entrance that is attached to the cabin. The King Suite and the Cabin can be rented both separately through Air bnb. This King Suite is everything you need for your next vacation! It is located in a quiet rural country area where you can see the stars at night and green pastures in the day. The cabin next door is not included it is separate. No third party bookings. Because of health issues, we can not except animals. No smoking.

Cummins Falls 11 miles. Cookeville Boat Dock Marina on Center Hill Lake 9.5 miles (kayak/canoe to Fancher Falls from the marina). Our family of 4, along with numerous cats and 3 dogs, lives here on 3 acres, so there’s plenty of grass for your pet(s). Quiet, relaxing atmosphere to rest.

Hiking trails and waterfall are within a half hours drive. Guidebook for more. Grill and eat your dinner on the deck watching the sunset and watch the stars come up.
