This newly renovated, ground floor, studio apartment with a King sized bed is just a 4 minute walk to the Texas A&M campus. It includes a garaged, reserved parking space. You won't find a short term rental that is closer to campus. This is it! The apartment also includes, a washer/dryer, a Smart TV to log into your own streaming services, and a full kitchen, stocked with basic cookware. With the fold out futon/sofa, the apartment comfortably sleeps 3 adults.

Custom built tiny house perfect for romantic getaways, out of town relatives visiting family, and vacations! The house is located right off Highway 36, and is only 25 miles from College Station, 10 miles from Lake Somerville, 35 miles from Round Top and close to several local wineries. Plenty of room to park your boat after a day of fishing or water sports at Lake Somerville. This is a Tiny House but we remain Dog Friendly. We have a $50 per Dog fee per stay.

OUR CABIN IS LOCATED 1/4 MILE FROM VETERANS PARK AND CONVENIENT TO CENTRAL PARK, LEGENDS EVENT CENTER, AND NOT FAR FROM THE AGGIE STADIUM. WE ARE ALSO LESS THAN A MILE TO THE MALL AND MANY RESTAURANTS. ENJOY THE PEACEFUL POND OUTSIDE YOUR BEDROOM DOOR OR THE LARGE PICNIC AREA. OUR GUESTS LOVE TO WATCH THE DUCKS ON THE POND.
