Entire house - in town East Burke

Vacation with all the comforts of home. The house is ideally located in the Village of East Burke. It is an old 1832 farm house that has been restored and added on to. The house comes with a large yard, plenty of parking and a playground across the street for children. It is furnished to be warm and comfortable. The house has a large front to back living room, dining room, large eat-in kitchen, mudroom and washer/dryer. Burke Mountain, the Kingdom Trails and the VAST Trails are all very close.

Burke Mtn views & KT access

This home boasts views of Burke Mountain, has direct access to Kingdom Trails, and is just three minutes from East Burke Village. A fully equipped kitchen flows into the large living room. Bathroom with a large shower, washer and dryer. The house comfortably sleeps six - one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and one trundle bedroom (two twin mattresses). And the outdoors compliments the interior with a sprawling, sunny deck and a large, private backyard with a stone fire pit.

The Kirby Hideaway

Close to restaurants, family activities, nightlife, and the beach. Gorgeous mountainous views, private space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business, families, and furry friends. It's electric car friendly plug on side of house. Fast internet starlink 443 mbps down load and 450 mbps up load. Security camera on the front of house facing the front door and down the driveway. Second security camera is facing the front of house and parking lot.

Mountain Condo.

Our condo sports everything you will need for your stay. We have one bedroom with a queen bed, and two twin pull out couch beds in the living area. Full kitchen, laundry, dining area, porch with dining table and chairs, and an electric BBQ grill. Condo has direct Kingdom trail access on site, bike storage is ok inside or on porch. Our building has undergone siding work but is fully done, no further work on our building. Enjoy your stay!!
