The property faces south/west, which means the rear of the property, where the rear terraces, heated pool and garden are located, has the sun all day long.

Im EG befindet sich ein weiteres großes Schlafzimmer mit Bad en suite sowie eine große, sehr gut ausgestattete Vollholzküche. Das Haus hat einen eigenen Zugang zum Schwimmteich sowie zum Pool.
