This amazing home was originally built in the 1945 and has been lovingly maintained, and recently fully renovated and upgraded to today's lifestyle amenities. All furniture and mattresses are new and plush and will cradle you to sleep. Secure high speed internet and flat screen TVs allow for Netflix or App entertainment. Home Base Resort #6

This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and an open loft with two queen beds. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, fishing and within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets but we charge a 20 fee. Please let us know if you bring your pet.

Wildland Gardens House w/Hot Tub

The main house sits on our 10 acre boutique farm/camp, Wildland Gardens. Our unique home has 2 bedrooms & a common area sleeping space. We have a total of 1 King and 3 Queen beds. It is convenient, relaxing & beautiful; a perfect stop while traveling cross-country or visiting Utah's Big 5 National Parks. Hiking, mountain biking, river rafting, ATV trails and Mystic Hot Springs are nearby. We have a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Guests have private access to our Hot tub and patio.
