This is an apartment located behind our main house. Private. The apartment is separate from the main house, fully furnished and 200 yards from the lake. There are plenty of towels and extra linens available. Stackable washer and dryer. Down a few blocks is the Plaza Shopping Center. Home to J&B Coffee, a neighborhood coffee shop since 1979, Capital Pizza, 360 Medical Spa, and Food King grocery store. I have a camera on the front door monitoring the driveway.

This central located peaceful house has huge trees so you have plenty of shade! Carport, Short drive to Texas tech. Central Lubbock short drive to UMC and covenant hospital for traveling nurses. Buffalo Springs Lake is located 5 miles east of Lubbock, Tx and is a gated lake with a marina for launching boats or jet skis. It has a restaurant and often has events occurring during the weekends.
