The village is accessed from a single track lane and is very rural and peaceful, yet only 4 miles from Monmouth. There are two working farms in the village and farm traffic can just occasionally be busy.

High Glanau Manor is an important Arts & Crafts house set in 12 acres of gardens designed in 1922. And is a short distance from the Wye valley, Tintern abbey and many beautiful walks within the Forest of Dean. Beautifully decorated and featuring original glass windows, period furniture, and a recently refurbished bathroom. We provide tea and coffee facilities in the apartment but we also have a private, kitchenette which is down the hall.

The patio windows allow plenty of natural light and provide stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Upstairs are two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds. Both rooms have *sloping* ceilings. (Sorry no dogs)
