This is a one-bedroom unit in a 3-unit building w/ 1 parking space. The space is completely separated from the other units in the building. The third floor living room and bedroom have a great view over the surrounding buildings. Fully equipped kitchen, your own washer and dryer, and a gas grill. There is a fire pit for the nights you want a campfire.
