This is a small studio apartment on the fifth floor of a new apartment building complex. It has a nice view, floor to ceiling windows and heated floor and a private parking space in the building lot. It’s 3 minutes away from Platinia mall where there are restaurants, cafes, a gym, a supermarket among other things. The center is a 15 minutes walk or a 5 minute car ride away.
