Drink in the panoramic view of the South Santiam River in our funky yurt! The yurt is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, futon, rocking chair, mini dinette, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. Plates, glasses, silverware, bedding, and towels provided. Yurt is located near the main house, yet a privacy courtyard had been created for additional solitude. Hot showers and flushing toilets are in a separate, unheated building about a 3 minute walk away. Glamping at its finest!

Our private detached studio sits in the heart of a quiet residential neighborhood. Short stroll to coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Short 1/2 mile walk to the river. The space* Newly constructed, cozy 200 sqft studio, includes a comfy loft bed, 10ft ceilings, full bathroom, kitchenette, TV, and sitting area. With a studio style bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, and off street parking, guests have the privacy and freedom to come and go as they please. For summer visitors, Anderson's Blueberry Farm is right next door. Grab a map of the trails or the city from the bookshelf and explore!

Entire Studio -Country setting, quiet and private

Studio has own entrance and is separate from the main house. Studio has its own private bathroom with a shower, and laundry facilities, electric heat in the winter. Air conditioning only in the sleeping area of the bnb in the summer. There is a food prep area with a large sink. There is no oven but several small appliances available for meal prep.Studio sits on 6 acres with nearby hiking trails or towns. Would be nice for the traveling contractor who needs a room for their current local job.

The location is walking distance to river trails and close proximity to charming downtown Springfield and Eugene/ University of Oregon.

Snuggle in to our cozy, quaint cabin! The cabin features shabby chic furnishings, many made by hand by our family. It is is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, nightstands, futon, electric fireplace & breakfast nook with bar refrigerator, microwave and Keurig. Plates, cups, silverware, coffee pods, bedding and towels are provided! Hot showers and toilets are located in a separate, unheated building about a 1 minute walk away. Glamping at its finest!

Location, privacy and country feel close to town and U of O. The Bloomberg Park Studio has a private entrance , deck, queen bed, pull-out couch, high speed wi-fi, and lock box for easy check-in/check-out. This studio has great appeal. Step outside the door and head down the street to rustic Bloomberg Park for a quick walk or up the hill for a more invigorating hike through nature in newly acquired city parkland.

Beryl’s Bungalow ‘A Pet Friendly’ Beauty

Beryl’s Bungalow is a private Studio apartment adjacent to our shop across from our house. As guests you will enjoy Privacy, plenty of parking, beautiful views of mountains & creek. The bungalow is pet friendly:) We are 20-30 minutes from everything Springfield/Eugene. I am a University of Oregon Alum and former Duck Athlete. We Follow our Ducks faithfully and enjoy meeting fans of our opponents:)

Enjoy this peaceful and quiet country cottage

The Cottage is located on our 5 acre farm, Rising Star farm. We have dairy goats, chickens and cats. Our house is on the property. Up to 4 guests allowed but best suited for 2 adults and 2 children. Extra $10 per child per night. The Cottage has plenty of parking, a covered patio and a fenced yard with banty chickens. We take great care with our cleaning regimen.
