Beautifully set in an acre of gardens and orchard and surrounded by countryside, with a network of footpaths from the doorstep. Within easy reach of Norwich, the coast or the Norfolk Broads. Neighbouring villages have farm shops, cafes, garden centres, pubs, supermarkets and various take aways.

A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

Our accommodation is self-contained; a living space with two sets of French doors giving views over fields stretching for miles including a wood burner, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. A bedroom that sleeps two in a super king bed with French doors overlooking fields. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
