Welcome to The Mushroom House. Located at the end of a private road, the house is less than 4 miles from Manchester's outlet shopping, gorgeous hiking and unmatched dining. Our property features an open floor plan main floor with a kitchen, dining and living area that neighbors the master bedroom and bath. The back deck is a accented with string lights, a grill and comfortable outdoor furniture. Down stairs has two guest rooms with queens beds, a full bathroom and a den with full futon and tv.

My slopeside condo miraculously morphs into the perfect Summer mountain getaway. Overlooking the west river valley with views for miles of the greens. With the ski trails to hike and the Appalachian trail running up and around the back you’ll be sure to get your steps in. I sit across the street from the heated pool, tennis courts and clubhouse with full gym. Enjoy the adventure park at base all summer and the never ending shopping and dining down the hill in Manchester. And live music galore!

This cabin retreat is situated on a natural clearing in the beautiful Green Mt. Forrest. Surrounded by a dense grove of spruce trees gives you complete privacy. It's only a quick 5 minute drive to great restaurants, breweries, and shops in downtown Wilmington. It's also less than 20 minutes to Mt. Snow. There's great hiking at Molly Stark State Park right across the street and amazing lakes all within a 10 minute drive! No WIFI and cell service is not great so it is a great place to unplug!
