Inspired by traditional Celtic roundhouses these cosy wooden huts are situated in the beautiful remote crofting township of Locheynort in the Isle of South Uist. Staying in a Yurt is pure relaxation! Mull Yurts is on a working croft on the stunning Isle of Mull. Amazing views, lovely walks, incredible sandy beaches to find and explore. Boat trips head off daily to the Puffin isles of Staffa and Lunga. One of Scotland's top tourist attractions - the Isle of Iona and its Abbey is a few miles away. With the South Coast just a little further afield, it's ultimately a wonderful position to explore much of what Cornwall has to offer! Secluded Ptarmigan Yurt

For the first time since we installed it we are opening for the winter months as there are a lot of people around and the weather at the moment is quite warm. To do this we have installed a small oil heater which will keep the temperature up even when the fire is not lit. Once you light the fire it will be really cosy and warm. There is also an electric blanket on the bed for those colder nights. We do reserve the right to move you to the house if the weather becomes inclement.
