Our family cottage for over fifty years is nestled in the peaceful woods of New Harbor where not only is it extremely private, it has an amazing view of the harbor outlet! Just a short walk to Shaw's Wharf and the Hardy Boat, a five minute drive to the grocery store, less than a ten minute drive to Pemaquid Beach, and a twenty minute drive to the charming town of Damariscotta. Enjoy the sounds of splashing waves and lobster boats as you sit on the wrap-around porch of our treehouse oasis.

Welcome to Dancing Pines Cottage! We are located across from West Harbor Pond with beautiful water views in each room. Relax on the deck or bbq on the patio or take a short drive into charming Boothbay Harbor town for lobster rolls. We have three bedrooms and a den/office and 2 full bathrooms and can accommodate up to 7 guests. The house is private and has ample parking. One week rentals for June, July, and August (Saturday-Saturday). Starting January 2025 we will no longer allow pets.

This house encompasses the second and third floors, with great ocean views. The first floor is a separate apartment. The property has a large back yard to relax or play in and a dedicated BBQ. The house sits across the street from Clam Cove and is not directly on the beach. Beach access is private, quick and easy.
