On the ground floor there are two rooms and a bathroom. Condo is quiet. To the sea and the beach there are only 100 m (4 min walk). By the sea is a promenade to nearby places: Gradac and Podaca. Brist is a small and quiet place, but in Gradac there are hotels, restaurants, post office, ambulance and other entertainment facilities.
