Welcome to our Central Local Flat! Together with my wife we are renting our apartment here in Zermatt. We used to live in Zermatt for 6 years. With us, you will get the best local tips in terms of planning your ski day, hiking, mountaineering, mountain biking, restaurants, bars, shopping etc... Our Flat is located in the old, central and calm part of Zermatt. You can go anywhere by foot and the Ski stations as well the Restaurants, Bars, clubs and shopping areas are just a few minutes away.

Die Treppe zum Haus (90 Stufen) zu erklimmen lohnt sich allemal, denn die Unterkunft zeichnet sich durch viel Helligkeit und eine gossartige Aussicht aufs Dorf aus. Nebst einer vollwertig ausgestatteten Küche ist die Wohnung mit einer Badewanne, einer gemütlichen Sitzecke und einem 1.80m Bett bestückt. Fernseher mit Apple-TV Box und kostenloses WLAN sind vorhanden sowie ein abschliessbarer Skiraum.

Quest'appartamento si trova a pochi passi dalle piste da sci e dalla stazione degli impianti. L'ampio soggiorno permette di passare del tempo assieme dopo una lunga giornata sulle piste da sci. La cucina è equipaggiata con tutte quel che serve per preparare un'ottima cena per la propria famiglia. Il bagno è nuovo ed equipaggiato di boiler di ultima generazione e lavatrice. C'è un ristorante nello stesso stabile, a 300 metri un noleggio sci e la via centrale dista 450 metri

Rilassati con i tuoi amici o la tua famiglia in questo piccolo, ma accogliente trilocale posizionato direttamente sulle piste da sci di Cielo Alto - Cervinia. Dimenticati la macchina o lo shuttle bus per sciare, puoi partire e tornare a casa con gli sci ai piedi, e quando sei a casa goderti la vista stupenda sulla Muraille che circonda Cervinia. Accanto a casa puoi trovare bar, ristoranti e un noleggio attrezzature da sci, tutto raggiungibile a piedi.

Cozy studio on Cervinia's ski slopes with PANORAMIC VIEW and free wi-fi. It is ideal for two people but it can accommodate up to four thanks to a double sofa bed and a bunk bed. The apartment was completely renovated on summer 2017. The apartment is located about 50 meters from the departure of the Cervinia's Plan Maison Cable Car and about 200 meters from the center of the village.
