Miller's Rest

Miller’s Rest is a self-contained one bedroom cottage with private parking and 2miles from Orton, 5 miles from Shap. The cottage is peaceful with plenty of space and all modern amenities. The bespoke kitchen is well equipped, living room has a log burner effect electric fire for those colder nights. The bedroom has an ensuite shower room and large wardrobe. There is a small stream running alongside the garden lovely for sitting outside enjoying a glass of wine, relaxing and watching the birds.

We are just 30 minutes to the Lake District and 2 miles to M6,which offers great access to explore the N.W. We allow 2 well-behaved small/medium dogs.

‘Swaledale’ is one of two pods at Flakebridge Farm. Luxury Glamping Pod situated on a farm located on the border of the Lake District & Yorkshire Dales. Each Pod has their own private hot tub, fire pit/BBQ, outdoor patio with luxury Rattan furniture & own parking/entrance. Sleeps 4 (2 adults 2 children) or 3 adults. A beautifully unique building in the eastern Lake District. The Bothy is fully off-grid so naturally facilities are basic. The Bothy has a way of slowing life down. Over 2 floors; downstairs a cosy living area with woodburner & cooking facilities, upstairs a cosy sleeping area with view of the night sky. Dogs are welcome & it sleeps max 6. The Bothy is fabulously fun! We love getting back to basics, with some wildly wonderful indoor camping! Come have an adventure and make some memories!
