You'll love the leafy views from our self-contained garden cottage. We are high on the hill in convenient Mitchelton with great NNE aspect. It's 150m to a fabulous suburban cafe and not far to a major shopping centre, the suburbs quaint shopping area and train - 18 minutes to town. The studio space has a well-equipped kitchenette, bathroom, washing machine, TV, unlimited WiFi and air-con. There's a made queen size bed (and if needed a spare mattress with linen supplied for guests to make)

Rivervilla tranquility by the bay.

Rivervilla is a self contained 2 bedroom unit attached to the main dwelling but completely autonomous. It is located on the pine river just north of Brisbane , minutes to the airport, the entertainment center, shopping precincts like DFO, North lakes and Chermside. Across the road on the banks of the river you can stroll down to the Rocks Cafe 220m for a coffee to the pontoon for views up and down the river, and out to the bay. Quirky & quaint, this century+ barn is a charming studio retreat for couples. Filled with upcycled treasures and vintage comforts, it blends character with comfort. Just a short walk from cafés, shops, parklands and the beachfront, with Sandgate Station only 700m away (3 stops to BEC). Brisbane Airport is a 15-minute drive and the CBD is a 30-minute train ride. Wander up the Secret Garden path and step into your own peaceful hideaway, with a plunge pool to cool you on those hot humid days.

Windermere Lodge - Idyllic peaceful bush retreat

Wake up in the morning to just the sounds of the birds in your retreat set in 10 acres of rural paradise. From your private terrace, set amidst the beautiful gardens, you can wander freely through the grounds. Our property is home to a great many native species, including wallabies and over 100 species of birds. We have no domestic pets. Head into Samford village for a coffee at one of the many iconic coffee shops, or take a stroll through the nearby rainforests of Mt Glorious and Mt Nebo.

Unit is located behind our house. Own entrance, off street parking. A 2 minute walk to Shops (Coles +), restaurants and hotel. A bus stop, which can take you to Chermside (shops or more buses) or Strathpine shops and railway station or the City. A 15 minute drive to major shopping centres and hospitals. 40 minutes to city. 2 hours Gold Coast and 1.5 hours to Sunshine coast. The unit is only suitable for 1 or 2 guests. I am sorry but I cannot accommodate infants/children or pets.

We live in a quiet neighborhood. This unit is suited to a working couple or mature people. The self contained unit is attached to the main house. It is large & airy with lovely country views, ample off road parking, private patio and enclosed back garden. Enjoy the large comfortable living area with fans & reverse cycle ducted air conditioning throughout. Bedroom 1 is large & comfortable & has a QS bed. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. Use of all amenities is included & free WIFI.
