Place to stay in Brackenfell. My place is within a 2km radius of Cape Gate Mediclinic, Cape Gate Shopping Mall, Makro. It is also within close to the N1 highway and plus minus 20km from Cape Town International Airport. It is also close to Simonsvlei and Durbanville and Stellenbosch Winelands. Cape Town beaches are within easy reach (34 - 40)km. There are plenty of eating places around as well as some who will deliver. My place very secure and we stay in a quiet neighbourhood.

The property is equipped with Solar power/battery on UPS, so the SA phenomenon of load shedding/ power outages have little to no impact on our guests. There's also rainwater storage, filtered and piped to the house in the event of municipal water supply issues.

From here, it’s an easy drive to Blouberg Strand, Melkbosstrand, Cape Town CBD and all the luxurious wine farms around Durbanville, Stellenbosch and Paarl. The flat has bedroom, a kitchenette, bathroom and a private outside relaxing area. Other amenities which can be used upon request by the owner are a bonfire area in the central garden and a swimming pool.
