We are located 2 miles from the World Equestrian Center, 3 miles from Lake Cowan, 2.3 miles from Majestic Springs Golf Course, 6.5 miles from Wilmington Air Park, and 7 miles from Robert's Center. This house has a new HVAC system.

Located on 66 acres of rolling farmland and wooded countryside, this restored, 19th century log cabin is rustic but not the least bit primitive. A massive stone fireplace makes relaxing in the winter cozy. Enjoy your morning coffee along with a beautiful view of Ohio farmland from the screened-in porch. Jump into the outdoor shower or hot tub after a day of hiking or shopping in nearby Yellow Springs. Centrally located, the Cabin is just 20 minutes from Dayton and 50 minutes from Columbus.

Come roost in our chicken coop! DIRECT ACCESS TO OUR NATION'S LARGEST NETWORK OF PAVED TRAILS! Bike available to borrow. Boat available for a moonlit cruise. Our 1800's homestead was a stop on the Underground Railroad & a land grant to a Revolutionary War Veteran. Modern amenities with 1 bedroom & roll away bed for an additional guest. Complete kitchen with milk, juice, oatmeal & farm fresh eggs! Campfire & gas grill available. Trailer parking. Shuttle to nearby restaurants for cyclists.

This cozy, spacious, second story studio apartment resides in the heart of downtown Cedarville, Ohio. Its many windows provide calming natural light, and its open floor plan makes it amenable for both romantic weekend getaways and family gatherings. This apartment is within walking distance of both Cedarville University (0.25 miles) and the Cedarville business district (0.5 miles). The apartment features a small kitchenette and comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 5 people.

The Homestead is an excellent place to relax & entertain your whole family and friends (up to 10 People). The extra large deck overlooks 150 Acres of fields, private wetland, and pond where you can fully relax & enjoy the farm experience. So bring cameras, binoculars, fishing poles, and walking shoes/boots for the 2 miles of trails for a truly memorable visit. If you are visiting your child at Cedarville University (CU) or looking to jump on the Bike Trail for a beautiful day ride, this is the place for you! CU is a short 2 min drive through downtown Cedarville. The Bike Trail is located on the South end of town making it a mere 0.3 miles away. We are also close to The Historic Clifton Mill (7 min), Young's Jersey Dairy (15 min), Yellow Springs (12 min), Greene County Fairgrounds (15 min).

You’ll love our place because of the location, situated beside the Little Miami River, a state and national scenic river and Glen Helen nature preserve. Our place includes the use of two kayaks, a canoe, fire pit and grill. We also supply everything you need for these fun activities.

College Street Cottage

Charming cottage within walking distance of the Wilmington College campus and conveniently located near many local attractions and landmarks. Two bedroom, one bathroom with full kitchen, dining room, living room, rear deck, and private drive. Country lodging on a working horse farm, Trail M Farm. Spectacular view set on a hill surrounded by horses. Located 2 miles south of town. Also 4 miles from WEC (World Equestrian Center) and 8 miles from Robert's Center for those showing or attending any events. Pet friendly, 2 dog limit & well behaved in house. We ask that you crate your dogs if they are to be left unattended.
