Bespoke plantation shutters at all the huge windows over looking the Walpole bay hotel with sea views. There is a super king size bed in the master bedroom with a high end en-suite. The queen size bed has storage. Also a small table and chairs. The property also offers a sunny courtyard.

You can be on the sandy beach in just 2 minutes, which has a Seaside Award meaning it is one of the best beaches in England. The Studio is comfortable, spacious, light and airy. Far enough out of town to be peaceful but only a 10 minute level walk along the cliff top to the vibrant town centre where there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and pubs.
