It has easy self check-in and off-street parking. A modern kitchen cupboard has a mini bar fridge, microwave (no stove), crockery and cutlery, and a selection of teas and ground coffee. A large, modern bathroom houses a washing machine and dryer. Perfect for a relaxing stop-over or longer stay on the beautiful Coffs Coast.

We live on the property but unless guest need us their stay will be totally private Bonville International Golf club 3 minute drive, 10 minute drive away from Sawtell where you can have dinner in the beautiful Main Street, 10 minute drive to Mylestom to have a picnic by the river, 10 minute drive to Coffs Harbour Airport, 12 minute drive to Coffs Harbour city centre, 15 minute drive to Bellingen

Conveniently located with Sawtell, Bellingen and Urunga all within 15 mins. The local bowling club and cafe are just 3km down the road and North beach only 3.5 km.
