From the property you can reach beautiful hiking and biking trails, ski trails, ski lifts and the dreamy climatic health resort of Saig. The 35 square meter apartment was designed entirely in-house and expanded with high standards of design and materials. The stylishly furnished bedroom and living room with wallpaper in the mystical Black Forest print and a view of nature is just one of the many highlights.

Mein 400jähriges Haus, auf dem Fundament eines Römer-Turms erbaut, war früher Teil eines Schlosses und ist voller Geschichte, Bücher, Kunst, Musik, Inspiration und Liebe. Willkommen im «The Artist's Castle», meinem Schloss Kunterbunt. Hier trifft Geschichte auf good vibes. Atme durch, sei du. Du willst kreieren? Atelier und Werkstatt warten auf dich. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines Zweifamilienhauses. Sie ist neu renoviert, das Bad lädt mit der großen Regendusche zum entspannen ein. In der voll ausgestatteten Küche steht der Selbstversorgung nichts im Weg.

Die Alte Tischlerei ist ein individuelles Appartement (ca. 70 qm Wfl.) für Naturliebhaber, Individualisten, Kochbegeisterte, Hundefreunde oder ... . Ausgestattet ist es mit einer Einbauküche, 80 cm-Induktionsfeld, Umluftbackofen und Dampfgarer, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank sowie Bad mit sehr großer Dusche und separatem WC. Die Fläche ist offen gestaltet, es gibt also kein abgeschlossenes Schlafzimmer. Im Außenbereich gibt es einen eigenen Garten mit Sitzgelegenheit, Grill und Umzäunung.

Approx. 85 m² apartment, completely refurnished and renovated in 2020. The second bed is a folding bed that can be placed in the bedroom or living room. Directly in front of the living room there is a terrace, in addition a large garden can also be used. Directly on the hiking trail "Albsteig". Schluchsee, Titisee and Feldberg about 30-40 km away, border crossing to Switzerland about 7 km. Own car required, as there is no shopping facility in the village (about 4 km away).

The TINY HOUSE AMÉLIE is located just a few minutes' walk from the entrance to the Wutach Gorge in the heart of the Black Forest village of Boll. It is the prototype of the architecture and design start-up SYNDIKAT:WALDEN, based in Vienna, Hamburg, and, until 2023, here in Boll, and represents a reinterpretation of the traditional Black Forest wooden hut. It was designed with great attention to detail and built using only natural materials.

​Gelegen im ländlichen Hochfelden, erreichen Sie den Flughafen Zürich mit dem Auto in 15 und die City in 40 Minuten. Alternativ fährt regelmässig ein Bus zum Bahnhof Bülach. Von dort gibt es direkte Verbindungen nach Zürich und an den Flughafen (ca. 45min Reisezeit). Für eine komfortablere An- und Abreise biete ich zudem einen kostenpflichtigen Shuttleservice zum Flughafen Zürich und City.
