The heated pool is right on your door step and has a swim pump . There is a wet-room, bed and sofa-bed downstairs. Hopefully suitable for many with neurodiverse issues or dementia. Buzzards sleeps 10 + 2 (and 2 more when taken with Spring Cottage). It is gorgeous, perfect for family gatherings, groups of friends, walkers, nature lovers, people wanting an escape from busy lives. The house has been designed to be a fun, cosy comfortable, happy place to spend time, with lovely outdoor areas: a south facing sun trap verandah, the fabulous Buzzards Woods, croquet, table tennis, games, fire pits, picnic spot in the orchard and a large hot tub. Well behaved dogs welcome.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Mill Cottage, Templeton Bridge

This small two bedroomed cottage was built in 1800 when the Mill opposite was fully working. It is in a remote, quiet and secluded part of Mid Devon within an hour of both the North or South coasts of Devon. It is accessible down narrow single track country lanes. The nearest shops are in the town of Tiverton, five miles away. The broadband has been upgraded to Ultrafast fibre to the premises with speeds of at least 450mbps. However, there is no mobile phone signal in the valley.
