Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Also, there are 2 outdoor areas: barbecue, coffee and summer dining area in front yard and 30m2 heated swimming pool available from June to September in the back yard with outdoor shower.
