Coco Cabaña#1

Our place is a 500 square feet individual bungalow, on an acre property, located at a very short walk from Chepes beach (Utila's public beach), dive shops, restaurants and bars. However, It is well secluded from the hustle and bustle of Utila's town. It includes fast WiFi, AC, hot shower, fridge, tea coffee maker, electricity bill. We are English, Spanish, French and Danish spoken. Our place is good for couples, and solo adventurers. Coco Cabaña #2 and #3 are also available for booking.

Guest Suite in a Residential home located in a safe and elite neighborhood (El Naranjal). The suite is independent from the house. You can enjoy a cozy, private, safe, and well located accommodation.

Modern 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home with a private pool, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, air conditioning, washer and dryer, parking for 2 cars, and 24/7 security. Designed for comfort, relaxation, and a peaceful stay. Grill available upon request. No parties or events allowed. Exterior security cameras are installed at the front porch/entrance and pool area for safety purposes. Cameras monitor outdoor spaces only. There are no cameras inside the property.

Newly renovated upscale home located at the end of main street at the upper lagoon bridge. Fully insulated, fully airconditioned and energy efficient. Built to USA building code. Short walk to popular dive centers, restaurants, bars and Bando Beach. Off grid solar powered. Two spacious porches. Private water supply. Fenced and gated for privacy. Lined with mangroves on the lagoon side. Spacious yard with colorful landscaping. Spectacular sunrises can be seen from the house.

The Little Grass Shack

We are delighted to once again offer our unique cottage to travellers. Recently renovated (June 2023) with a new thatched roof, fresh paint, and love. The Grass Shack is a relaxing space with high ceilings, a queen sized bed, private bathroom, a comfortable sofa, work space, and an old rocking chair to chill in with a book. It has a private patio, and guests are welcome to use our little pool to cool down.

The Beach House in the Trees is part of the Paradise Regained properties and is a large rustic, self-contained studio loft among the swaying palms, with panoramic views of the Caribbean ocean, access to the Paradise Regained beachfront and some of Utila's best reefs, excellent snorkeling and a saltwater swimming pool. Our triple bunk sleeps 3 (extra charge over 2 guests). Utila’s family vacation spot!
