It has 1 king size bed, a closet, full size bathroom, and a kitchenet with sink, 2-burner stove, a fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker. It also has a Smart TV and WiFi. There can be NO SMOKING. You will also have your own private deck and private entrance to the stairway leading up to the loft.

The unique twist of the building is what we fondly refer to as "character". There is a full kitchen so you can prepare whatever meals you want on a small scale, full bathroom, queen bed in private bedroom, separate living room and dining space. The sofa opens into a full size, comfortable bed. We are minutes from great restaurants, antiques, and fun. Close to Brenham, Roundtop, Carmine, Burton, Bellville, Fayetteville, Giddings and Lake Somerville state park.
