The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

Immenstadt liegt im Herzen des Allgäus mitten in den Allgäuer Alpen in der Ferienregion Alpsee-Grünten. Die Wohnung liegt zentrumsnah und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Berg-, Ski- und Badeausflüge. Das Kleinwalstertal in Österreich ist ca. 30 Autominuten entfernt.

Der Skilift Parsenn und die Wäldele-Egg Loipe sind nur wenige Meter entfernt.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Die Wohnung ist ausgelegt auf eine Belegung mit 6 erwachsenen Personen. Weitere Schlafplätze (Ausziehcouch, Babybett, Reisebett) haben wir auf Anfrage. Ihnen stehen Terrassen mit Esstisch und Sitzgruppe zur Verfügung. Unser Haus befindet sich in Ofterschwang direkt am Lift (Sommer- und Winterbetrieb).

Es besitzt eine kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Herdplatten, Kaffeemaschine (Senseo) und Wasserkocher, sowie etwas Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser. Der Smart-TV hat die Möglichkeit zum Streaming (über eigenen Account) und Satellitenempfang. Und der Balkon mit Sitzecke hat einen tollen Bergblick.
