You will be close to everything, only a few minutes off I-81, 10 minutes to Radford University and 20 minutes to Virginia Tech. A King bed to take all your worries away with a sofa sleeper for a little extra room. Additionally, the New River, with its kayaking, canoeing, boating and tubing, is only 20 minutes away.

You will be centrally located to local attractions within Radford, along with Radford University and Virginia Tech. The Radford Dwelling is one block from the local walking/biking trails that take you through many parts of Radford including Wildwood Park, Bisset Park and down to Radford University. The Radford Dwelling is located on a dead end street with ample parking. Enjoy outdoor seating, an upstairs living room or a downstairs family room while you are visiting.

Sitting in the beautiful country located just 2 miles off of the Blue Ridge Parkway. Located a mile off of 221, In between the city of Roanoke and the little town of Floyd about a 30 minute drive to both. About 35 miles (50 minute drive) from Blacksburg, Virginia Tech
