Unser Naturteich macht unsere Unterkunft zu einer Ruheoase im Naturparadies Donautal. Von unserer FeWo aus sind Sie in 2 Gehminuten mitten im 'Fürstlichen Park' in Inzigkofen. Von hier aus können Sie direkt auf den wunderschönen Rad-Wanderweg gelangen. Hunde sind herzlich Willkommen. Wir verlangen pro Tier 10 Euro pro Nacht.

Der Hierholzer Weiher ist Lebensraum für Libellen, Wasserinsekten, Laichplatz zahlreicher Kröten und Frösche sowie sommerlicher Treffpunkt und Naturbadeplatz für Einheimische und deren Gäste. Der grosse Dachüberstand in Richtung Weiher stellt zusätzlichen Aufenthaltsraum zum ebenerdigen 34m² Studio zur Verfügung. Das Grundstück mit 1.000m² Westhang ist sonnenverwöhnt. In Richtung Süden besteht aus dem Atrium mit Granitfelsen super Alpensicht. Wir versorgen dich mit PV-Strom und Batteriespeicher.

Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna und kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Unsere Ferienwohnung "Hans" liegt mitten im idyllischen Ort Hausen im Tal im Naturpark "Obere Donau". Wer zu Fuß zum Wandern oder Klettern möchte, wer sich aufs Fahrrad schwingen will oder einfach Zeit zum Genießen möchte, der ist hier richtig. Die Wohnung ist unterm Dach. Im Haus befinden sich noch zwei weitere Wohnungen, alle betritt man durch das gemeinsame Treppenhaus. Die Wohnung hat ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Wohn-Esszimmer mit Küche, die gut ausgestattet ist.
