Welcome to Ōmishima! Benton Guesthouse is a former abandoned 'akiya' lovingly renovated into our Shōwa-era private full-house rental. Our house is furnished 'natsukashii' nostalgic style, in the 'inaka' Japanese countryside, conveniently located in the middle of the Shimanami Kaido island chain. 7-minute drive to Oyamazumi Shrine. 7-minute drive to Tatara Bridge (to Ikuchijima). 10-minute drive to Ōmishima Bridge (to Hakatajima). 7-minute walk to Idahachiman Shrine. 10-minute walk to the beach.

広島駅から電車と徒歩で19分！200年の歴史がある広大な日本庭園と本格和室のある閑静な一戸建てをまるごと貸し出します。希望者には日本の着物の着付け無料サービスあり、着物を着て伝統的な日本茶の儀式も体験できます。庭園には桜があり、3月の終わりから4月初めはきれいです。ツツジは5月頭に満開です。広いリビングから庭園が見渡せます。 広島駅までJR山陽線13分の安芸中野駅の近くです。安芸中野駅からは徒歩6分です。JRの駅に近いので、平和公園へ行きやすく、宮島へは直通JRで45分です。広島空港と広島駅の中間にあるため、空港からのJRで下車すれば、荷物を置いて広島観光に行けます。ここを起点に呉、大久野島、尾道、倉敷、鞆の浦を訪れることができます。無料駐車場もあります。 ホストは横の家にいます。備品追加や買い物のサポートをします。徒歩1分でコンビニエンスストアのローソンがあります。 家族全員がのびのび楽しめる広大な宿泊先です。お子様用のおもちゃもたくさんあり、飽きずに泊まれます。ご家族、ご友人でゆっくりお過ごしください。 ※自然が近いため、春から秋は外に虫が出ます。虫が苦手な方は遠慮ください。

100-year-old cozy town house, near rabbit island

Former traditional Japanese confectionery shop(Machiya house). Good access to the Tadanoumi port(about 10 minutes walk) and JR Tadanoumi station(2 minutes walk). You can take the ferry to Okunoshima(rabbit island) from the port. Near-by sightseeing spots: Mt.Kurotaki, Kaguya-hime museum, Preservation district of important historical buildings in Takehara city. Optional dinner is available at cafe area with extra charge. We are sorry but you will hear the noise from the cafe from 8am -11pm.

Located in the quiet hill of old castle overlooking the port of Tomo sea. It's on a hill where the sea breeze blows and keeps you cool even in the summer. Feel confortable on Tatami mat . The house opens onto wooden deck where stars might let you forget anything and you can enjoy the sea breeze. You can also enjoy swiming at the beach.

広島市内では現存の数少ない戦後間も無く､75年前に建てられた書院造りの純和風建築物です。大通りから一歩入り静かな環境で、小さいながら和風庭園もありゆっくりと寛げます。 1945年8月6日の広島原子爆弾投下による熱で一部溶けた壺や、約100年前の時代の写真など 舞ハウスにしか置いてない物もあります。 建具やｶﾞﾗｽは70年以上前の当時のものもあり､特に２つの庭や、床の間・書院など日本家屋の情緒が感じられるものです｡ 5ある部屋は､３つが畳部屋で､就寝時も畳の上に布団を敷いてお休みください。 こちらのお部屋は､広島の南区に位置しており、市内電車一本で 最寄り駅電停①からは広島駅まで約20分 最寄り駅電停②からは平和記念公園､原爆ﾄﾞｰﾑ､広島国際会議場、20~30分程度で到着いたします｡ タクシーでは、10分程度の移動となります。 目の前には、衣食住が揃う 大型ショッピングモール　ゆめタウン広島、コンビニエンスストア（セブンイレブン、ファミリーマート）飲食店（お好み焼き、ラーメン、寿司、焼肉、ワッフル、ベーカリーショップ等々）徒歩圏内にあります。

"Log House" on Ikuchi Island

We have the second house in Ikuchi Island. You can stay there whenever we don't use it. Please check in between 3pm and 9pm. Please pick up this house key from the key case on the premises. There is no WIFI in this house. There are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby. There is a cafe nearby, but it closes at 5pm. There are no street lamps around the neighborhood. Please turn on the outdoor light when stepping out at night.

新尾道駅周辺では唯一の宿泊施設です。 宿泊施設は伝統的な日本家屋で、母屋にお泊り頂きます。 1日1組限定で、4名様まで宿泊可能です。 ワンちゃん一匹のみ一緒に宿泊可能です（但し、畳部屋ではケージに入れて頂きます）。 新幹線から近いので通過する毎に騒音及び振動があります。音に敏感な方には不向きかも知れません。 （PM11:40～AM6:20は運行しないので静かです） 2人でご宿泊の場合は、寝室を別々にすることが可能です。又は2 つのシングルベッドを結合してダブルベッドのようにすることもできます。 あなたのご要望をお聞かせください。 喫煙はできませんので注意して下さい。
