Guests enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, propane grill, fire pit, kayaks, dock, Lily pad swim raft, and swim beach. If guests decide to go out, the Perham area offers a variety of attractions including shopping, hiking, golfing, and dining. Come unwind, life is good on the lake! (Available year round.)

Enjoy beautiful Marion Lake and relax in this fully renovated and well stocked lake cabin. From the comfortable furnishings and spacious kitchen, to the gas fireplace and back patio, you can feel like you're at home while watching the gorgeous sunsets just feet from the lake. There are kayaks, a paddleboard and lots of floaties available for use. The kids will love the large beach area and catching sunnies, crappies and bass right off the dock. A Bennington pontoon is also available to rent.

Take a soak in the hot tub, relax in the sauna, enjoy a game with the family, make s’mores at the fire pit, take a dip in the lake or go ice fishing. Constructed in 2024 in the heart of Minnesota’s 10,000 lakes. Sleeps 16 adults. 3 king bedrooms each with bathroom en suites. Steam shower, sauna and adjoining shower room. Pool (May 1 through Oct 31) and hot tub (year-round) overlooking the lake. Sunsets on the dock, a sandy beach, and fire pit. 3-season porch tucked in between the treetops. JennAir appliances and 3 ice-making refrigerators. 4 desks and high speed fiber optic internet. 2 washers & 2 dryers, a Peloton, AC, and in-floor heat

Tree House

The Tree House, an upstairs dwelling, is in a peaceful setting. A unique topography supports numerous species of wild life including nearly 200 species of birds. The Tree House is located near the head waters of the Mississippi river, Tamarac National Wild Life Refuge, Detroit Mountain Recreation Area, golf courses, casinos and North Country Trail. A full kitchen and a comfortable indoor setting makes a lovely getaway. The rock fire pit is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

The Maynard Cabin, a Civil War era log cabin

The Maynard Log Cabin was erected by a homesteader after the civil war. We have moved and restored it and made it available for rent. It is off the grid, but it has a complete functioning kitchen, wood stove and sitting room downstairs. There are two antique beds with new mattresses upstairs. There is no electricity but the cabin is furnished with kerosene lanterns. The bathroom facilities consist of wash basins and outhouse. The cabin is surrounded by 40 acres of woods and meadows.

Nestled in acres of woods by a peaceful lake, this cabin contains plenty of amenities to have special moments with your family. Whether it be enjoying a game of cornhole while grilling a steak, taking the kayak out for fishing, or staying indoors next to the fire place! PLEASE BE AWARE, there is a cabin directly next to this one on the north side, that we share a driveway with.

Winter time favorites in the area include snowmobiling, skiing & snowboarding, ice skating, ice fishing, cross country skiing, and bingo nights at Billy's Bar in local town of Vergas.
