I offer modern styled double rooms next to the train station "Santa Lucia" in Venice. All rooms have a private bathroom ensuite, WIFI, TV, aircon and all other amenities to guarantee a comfortable stay. The local city tax (3€ pppn) is not included in the room price and has to be paid in cash at arrival. Checkin is from 16-19 o'clock (19 to 21 o'clock against an extra fee, no checkin after 21 o'clock, no self checkin). From April to end of September we offer a breakfast in our court (8 € pppd).

Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.

Besides, there is a public garden for children and a basketball court.

Small and cosy, 50m from the beach

Pasiflora is a bungalow for two people offering an extra bed. It has a kitchenette and a living room. It is located in the garden next to our family house. The room exits onto a private terrace overlooking the sea. We can offer a breakfast on request including domestic products such as fig and plum marmalade, free-range eggs, cheese and other Istrian products. Guests are provided with a parking facility and a wireless network connection.

Traditional Piran house (TPH) it's 120 m from main Tartini Square and 100 m away from St. George's Parish Church, just tree minutes walk to the sea and 17 km from Koper and 35 km from Trieste. Your room include a sitting area for your convenience. You will find a kettle in the room and a flat-screen TV. There are shared kitchen, two bathrooms and a terrace at the property.

Basic single room & small bath

This is a small single room with a sink inside the bedroom and a small ensuite bathroom (WC & shower). It has aircon (1st June to 1st September), heating (October to March), a desk, a wardrobe, a chair, Italian TV channles and WIFI. It's a budget room. The view is to the wall of the neighbourhood.
