The casita is 120 square feet, a very small space (small studio with everything in one room including the bathroom), for single occupancy only, but with everything needed to enjoy a San Diego getaway. It is great for solo travelers who want to be near the heart of Ocean Beach, San Diego, California.

Spotless studio apartment with all amenities. Relax on the private patio enjoying a panoramic view of Downtown and San Diego Bay, or get cozy in a love-seat by the outdoor Chiminea. The unit has a full kitchen and an outdoor BBQ. Private parking right out front. Quiet neighborhood, but close to Downtown, Beaches, SeaWorld and the World Famous San Diego Zoo. Walk to local restaurants, bars, Eppig brewery, bay side trails, grocery store, & sports fishing. No dogs due to host health issues.

This unit is close to the beach, downtown San Diego, Sea World and the San Diego airport. Walking distance to downtown Ocean Beach, stores, restaurants, breweries and bars. Just six blocks to the ocean. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Private entrance, good for couples and solo adventurers but it is very small and may not be suitable for taller and/or larger guests. Pets welcome. Mini refrigerator, microwave, a water kettle and a kitchen sink . Again, VERY small space!
