Welcome to our cozy apt./condo! This is a newly constructed apartment great for a relaxing getaway! We are close to Silver Lake Sand Dunes but with plenty of peace and quiet, our 2-bedroom apartment is a 7-minute drive to the heart of Silver Lake and features an outdoor firepit and beautiful views of our pond and property. The sunsets are gorgeous and full of color. After a fun filled day on the dunes, or exploring the area, come back and relax with bonfires, bbq, sunsets and roaming wildlife.

We are centrally located between Mears and Hart and Ludington and Muskegon. Dune Haven 2 built in 2023 is a quality built 4 bedroom, 2 bath home. It is perfect for large groups as it it spacious inside and out. There is a large picnic table and firepit. There is plenty of parking and located only 1 mile from the dunes. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Don't be surprised if you see deer, turkeys, rabbits and other wildlife in the backyard. Correct number of guests required for an accurate price.

The Cottage

Small Charming Cottage set in a beautiful wooded setting. People who have stayed here have seen deer, raccoons, fox, woodpeckers, and listen to the sounds of whippoorwills in the evening. There is a small patio out back, with outdoor seating and grill, with a fire pit nearby. It is Private and romantic yet still close to Silver Lake, Stoney Lake and Lake Michigan. Equipped with a full kitchen, bath, and laundry. Heat and AC available, AC is removed during colder months.
