Drive past the host's house a bit down a maintained gravel road and you're there! Around the pond you'll find a peaceful sitting area under our pergola, a covered pier with a fan to keep it breezy, and a fishing pier to enjoy some catch and release fishing! Plus you'll have your own campfire sites complete with firewood!

Come getaway to the country; the house is surrounded by acreage and has an area surrounding the house for your fur baby/ies; it is not fenced but there is a fenced 10x12 area. There is a stock pond in front of the house which is open for your fishing pleasure (Blue Catfish and Crappie). There is a large porch up front, perfect for enjoying the sunrise or sunset and spending time slowing the pace of life. Minutes from downtown and close to local attractions. There is also a pond on the property. You will feel like you've come home. Pulling a trailer? There's plenty of room for parking and with a coded gate entrance, no worries about safety.

This forest cabin has access to a fishing pier that is fully stocked with native fish (no license required); please follow lake rules. Bring your kayaks and paddleboards to enjoy the lake. There's lots of scenery (forests, wildlife, lakes, countryside, etc.); you never know what you can capture, so bring your camera!
