Relax in hammocks on a tree top patio overlooking the forest. Pedal 1 min to a downhill section of the Back40. Pedal 15 min / hike 45 min down the Back40 to the Pinion Creek waterfall and get wet! Convenient Barndominium Hideaway

Barndominium on acreage in Cave Springs. Features large deck and patio that backs up to a large wooded lot. All of this is less than 3 miles from a plethora of upscale shopping and dining establishments, Walmart Amp, Top Golf, Rogers Convention Center and the Pinnacle shopping area all under 5 minutes away. XNA airport and Osage house are under 7 miles and downtown Bentonville under 8. We live on the same property in a separate house, that is not facing the Barndominium.

We are within minutes of hiking trails, War Eagle Mill, Hobbs State Park and 20 minutes from Rogers.

Large back deck looks out on a two story tree house and fire pit, wood provided. Down stairs family room with TV, wet bar, game room and ample space for spreading out. Garage has pool/ ping pong table, bike work stand with tools.
