We implement multi species grazing and have an array of animals that free range the property during the day including goats, sheep, horses, chickens, peacocks, pigs & alpacas. You have the choice to tour the farm or you can choose to have complete seclusion and privacy. The main ranch house is 1/2 mile away.

Our open plan cottage studio has lovely views of our walnut orchard, historic barn and fields. Enjoy sunset over the neighboring vineyards from your private deck. We are a mile down the road from a lovely State park, that is if you ever want to leave our tranquil little farm. This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020. It sits on the back of our property and backs up to an orchard. The property is over an acre. It is quiet and peaceful. You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.
