Rest soundly on a queen size Tuft n Needle mattress in a bedroom with room darkening shades and various pillows to satisfy your comfort. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, 2 smart TVs.

The Cottage

The Cottage, with a studio style layout, is a bright and clean space just one mile from historic downtown lees summit with local shops, bars and restaurants. The cottage is ~20 min from downtown Kansas City and 15 min from Kaufman and Arrowhead Stadium. This newly renovated 1900s milk barn is unique and special with a lot of charm, with a few of the modern conveniences. Guests are welcome to take advantage of the two acre landscaped yard and enjoy a delicious s’more at the outdoor fire pit!

The Suite Spot

Originally built as The Buckley Hotel, this historic building has been brought back to life. While retaining the features that makes this home so beautiful and reflective of its time, we have brought in modern amenities that insure a comfortable stay while in the heart of Excelsior Springs. This place is so perfect if you are visiting town as it's steps from shopping, eating and landmarks. The beds are comfy with nice linens because I, for one, love a good night's rest and I bet you do too!

Centrally located, close to the University, and downtown Warrensburg, the Stomping Ground Studio is a peaceful spot for a small getaway. Located just north of campus within walking distance to downtown Warrensburg where you will find many bars and restaurants. Enjoy our quaint, UCM themed, upstairs studio during your stay!

Private studio on the second level of our detached garage behind our main house. Located in a resort-like property. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Minutes from downtown Lee's Summit. Coffee shop/bakery within walking distance. Several restaurants close by, 1 mile to iconic antique malls. Perfect place for traveling professionals. Close to Hwy 291. We use the garage for storage and to work on our vehicles occasionally, you might hear us working. *There is no smoking/vaping in the apartment*

Our cozy townhome is 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom with about 1200 square feet. We replaced the sofa sleeper and hope that is comfortable for your extra guest. We are located a few blocks off I-70 and can be at most area attractions, shopping and dining in less than 30 minutes. Large fully stocked kitchen with separate dinning area. Refrigerator with ice and water through the door. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washer and dryer laundry area. Plus an added bonus a fully stocked coffee bar. Also added is a EV 240 volt receptacle for charging EV over night.

Full size kitchen. In ground salt water pool (in season), Hot tub outside. Fire pit, with wood and roasting sticks furnished. Murphy Bed in living room. Lots of outdoor seating on patio with tables. Games and cards in bedroom closet. Stocked kitchen with spices- blender-instant pot-crock pot-toaster. 30 minutes from Downtown KC and 20 minutes from Kauffman Stadium. A wonderful family place, not a party place.

Take it easy at this unique little getaway! Top level offers a cozy bedroom with sitting area, bathroom, and laundry. Open main level has kitchen and living area plus 1/2 bath!
