The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

Mullica River Cottage's Bluebird Cottage is located in the heart of the NJ Pine Barrens in the quaint village of Sweetwater. This quaint and cozy cottage is steps from the Mullica River and 1 mile from Historic Batsto Village and the Sweetwater Riverdeck & Marina. This property offers direct backyard Mullica River access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing. There are kayaks and a canoe on site available for guest use. Property also has a riverside fire pit with Adirondack chairs.

The home was created for that perfect couples getaway with it large comfy king bed on adjustable frame which looks one to barnyard doors. They open to an elegant chandelier lite soaking tub complete with the bubbles . On the his and her vanities you will find robes and towels for your use as well as other soaps and sundries ( robes are available for purchase). Of course there is also a shower and washer and dryer . Your 4 legged family are complementary but limited to 2 max 50lbs

The duplex is located on an important avenue that connects major highways from New York to Philadelphia & Atlantic City. The downstairs unit is where you’ll be staying. We are between Philadelphia and AC (within 15-20 minutes from Vineland, Millville, and Glassboro), but in the tranquility of the NJ pinelands. Malaga Lake and nature reserves are only 1 mile away. In the heart of NJ wine country, so we are close to wineries and breweries as well. Ideal for Rowan students. If you're lucky, you'll also see wildlife on our half acre property!
