**5 Blocks to West Dennis Beach** This adorable house is in the most desirable West Dennis Beach Neighborhood only a short 7-minute walk to the public beach. With two spacious bedrooms, an eat-in kitchen and a bonus room/sunroom/optional 3rd bedroom, there is plenty of room to spread out. Across the street (300 ft) is Kelley's Pond which is great for kayaking, canoeing and fishing! Come sit by the fire pit or on the deck, cookout and relax!! Firewood is included but bring some kindling!

We offer complimentary electric vehicle charging for guests, so you'll never have to worry about running out of power (see notes below). We hope you enjoy your stay!

Beautiful cottage nestled on a half-acre of waterfront property on Swan Pond. The dock offers direct water access. Available are two kayaks, a canoe and two paddleboards. The kitchen offers beautiful views of the water while you enjoy your morning coffee. Local beaches are just minutes away. Enjoy the hammock, swings, hot tub, grill, outdoor fire pits and cocktails on the deck. Wanderers' Rest is located close to bike trails, boat rentals, movie theaters, restaurants, and bars.

This property is in a perfect location, providing easy access to both the upper & lower Cape, near numerous restaurants & activities, in a quiet neighborhood & within a short walking distance to some of the Cape's best Nantucket Sound beaches. With Bass River Beach nearby & Windmill Beach even closer, you can enjoy a short walk or take your bike. The kitchen and living room were fully renovated in Spring 2022 and both full bathrooms were gut-renovated in January 2020.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway just a short walk from three Nantucket Sound beaches. This 300-square-foot studio apartment on the second floor of our home. With a brand new Weber grill, picnic table, and fire pit, there is plenty of outside living. Trotting Park, South Village, and West Dennis Beaches are all walkable. Enjoy food from Sandbar, Swan River Seafood, Chapin's, Cleat & Anchor, & Bandera's Market in the summer. Call off season.
