Very close to Penn Yan/Yates County Airport and between the Main Deck restaurant and Route 54. The property is NOT water front. Keuka Lake is accessible thru Red Jacket Park and visible from the property, but not directly on the water. There is a sidewalk from the property to town for Guests who prefer to walk, approximately 1 mile to Village center

No worries if there’s a power outage as all cabins have a backup generator that will turn on automatically.

A cozy cottage located on a rural crossroad right in the heart of the finger lakes. Just off the wine trail with wineries close by. 15 min from watkins glenn and 5 min from dundee. The huose has 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen sized bed and a recliner. Downstairs is a fully furnished kitchen including k-cup coffee maker, microwave and kitchen stove. A large bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Living room with couch and recliners.

Beautiful renovated apartment. Fully equipped kitchen for those who love to cook. Located on Keuka Wine Trail, on the west side of Keuka Lake, 3 min. from Point of Bluff Concert Venue. Close to Dr. Konstantin Frank Winery, 1886 Tasting Room, 3 distilleries and Steuben Brewing Co. 10 min. to Hammondsport and 15 min. to Penn Yan. It has a beautiful lake view from inside the house and from the front porch, we do not provide direct lake access. Location to launch your boat 1/2 mile away, walk to 2 wineries & 1 distillery, 1/2 mile to The Switzerland Inn & Keg & Barrell. We are also close to Watkins Glen and Seneca Lake.
