This beautiful villa is very spacious and spread over two floors, making it ideal for families or groups who value both comfort and privacy. On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms, all with direct access to the pool: • 1 bedroom with a double bed • 1 bedroom with 2 king single beds • 1 bedroom with 2 single beds All of these bedrooms are en-suite, meaning each one has its own private bathroom. Also on this floor, there is a guest bathroom near the entrance (with a sink and toilet). On the upper floor, there are 2 additional bedrooms, both with double beds. These rooms share a bathroom with a jacuzzi, located in the hallway between them. They also have windows overlooking the pool, garden, and countryside, creating a peaceful and bright atmosphere. This is a spacious, light-filled home designed for comfort, privacy, and meaningful moments - ideal for families and groups. The living area is one of the villa’s highlights: large, bright, and thoughtfully designed with distinct spaces for different moods. You’ll find a cozy sunken lounge that feels like a warm nest, a bar area, a piano, a snooker table, and a table for board games — perfect for relaxing, socializing, and creating memorable moments. The cottage is one of 3 rental units on the grounds. All guests have the use of the swimming pool, tennis court and outdoor BBQ area. It is set in 4 acres of manicured gardens and another 8 acres being home to our chickens, sheep, goats and 2 friendly border collies. This is the perfect place to rest, relax and recharge.
