The building has a shared indoor pool and hot tub, 2 old fashioned private movie theaters (seats 12) and an exercise room. This cute condo has a king bed and twin sized trundle bed in master bedroom, and two pullout couches in living room. Walk to town & the beach, .7 miles to S. Beach and 2 blocks to town. Very chic!

The Gathering place is a "barndominium" studio that sleeps 4 comfortably, just 10 miles to South Haven beaches and SW Michigan wine trails. TINY studio for ONE. Non-smoking inside & out. Our typical guest is a busy academic, intern, medical worker or businessperson. This TINY studio is located in an old 4-unit apartment house, so there is some in-house sound transfer. Our neighborhood is usually quiet, but not always.
